PENANG, 28 April 2026 – Digital Penang was honoured to welcome the Embassy of France in Malaysia for a short courtesy visit and office tour.
The delegation included: His Excellency Marc Abensour, Ambassador; Mr. Benoît Hiberity, First Secretary (Political & Press Counsellor); Mr. Dominique Husken-Ulbrich, Attaché for the French Language; Mr. Thierry d’Anna, Counsellor for Cooperation & Cultural Affairs; Mr. Michel Cywinski, Economic Counsellor
We also extend our appreciation to 42 Penang for the coordination and for accompanying the delegation throughout the visit.
