- Best performing startups in the Cohort get to pitch on Demo Day at the PITCH ISLAND event to raise investment. A chance to secure RM30,000 in grant money from Digital Penang.

Program Stages
Program Schedule : Apr/May to Nov/Dec with a total of 10 to 15 activity commitment days | Final schedule will be provided only to selected participants.
Note: Market development grant is a conditional grant for granting and use.

Requirements & Application
- Preferable registered business or company with SSM and either Registered or Business Address in Penang.
- Preferable with 2 founders.
- Must be able to develop MVP or already have one.
- New venture or less than 2 years in operation as at FYE2023
- No revenue requirements.
- Registered with Digital Penang Startup Database (Click Here)
Not for the following:
- Software developers and system integrators with no specific industry, B2B or B2C solutions.
- Companies that are only looking to digitalised their operations.
