The Incubator/Accelerator Incentive Programme is an ecosystem partner support programme. This programme is a performance-based incentive aimed at supporting the efforts of our ecosystem partners, namely the incubators and accelerator programme providers, in building the Penang startup ecosystem.

The other objective of the programme is to encourage more incubators and accelerators to set up shop in Penang to nurture the development of startups there.

This programme offered up to RM50,000 per partner based on the number of Penang-based startups supported and the quality of the programme delivered by the partner to assist the startups in raising funding from investors.

This programme is open to all incubators and accelerators in Malaysia, but it must be a Malaysian-owned venture.
