About Settlements
We are a new co-working & shared services office (serviced private offices) based in Georgetown, Penang in Malaysia. Our 18,000 sqft space is housed in Livingston Tower, a Tier-1 Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) building, that is also home to MORE by Arang Coffee, Urban H Hotel, a 120-pax function room, a small but adequate gym (exclusive for hotel guests and building tenants – that means us! – only) and other local & international companies.
